Chris Hurn (pictured left) and Tony Zara (right) founded Kennedy’s All American Barber Club in central Florida, with a desire and a passion to provide the modern gentleman an exceptional grooming experience. Providing a place where customers can visit frequently gives the incentive to keep you appearance top shelf with the use of memberships made for everyone.
Today, our clubs provide memberships with a place to network, relax, wind-down, enjoy the big game, host a meeting and of course all while enjoying an unmatched grooming experience.

MEN’S GROOMING INDUSTRY
Men’s grooming products generated sales of 192 million in 2015 and a 9% current value increase over 2015. Growth was fueled by demand for shaving related products and deodorants as well as the product novelty of men’s skin care and hair care products. However, demand for men’s skin care products mostly emanates from high-income earners, especially as lower-income groups would consider most of these products non-essential.

Our owner operator franchisees will lead a group of grooming professionals and membership sales consultants while also hosting members in a productive and exciting environment. As the owner operator, our franchisee will have the opportunity to host and network with club members on a daily basis. The owner operator will lead our grooming consultants and membership sales consultants into a successful performance model appropriate for the brand.
Our absentee franchisees usually rely on a quality general management team to carry out and deliver all necessary operational procedures. The absentee owner directs the general manager by using performance and membership models to set goals for staff.

Kennedy’s All-American Barber Club is reminiscent of what a barbershop used to be. For me, the concept of getting a world class haircut in a high-end environment was extremely appealing and desirable. The potential of the new management team is incredibly exciting and we are eager to see what the future holds. I had been looking for a franchise opportunity for a while and when I found Kennedy’s, I loved the simplicity. The concept of a high-end barber shop accompanied by the idea of having a membership makes us truly unique. Knowing that there is always a support team behind the franchisees is essential and Kennedy’s certainly brings that to the table.
Success was in the numbers! Within the first 10 days of being open, the location saw 49 recurring members. A month later, it was up to 100 recurring members. Another month later, it reached 149 recurring members. People were really liking and embracing the idea because no one had ever heard of a membership-based barbershop. When I hit 100 recurring members by the fifth or sixth week, and the number of members continued to grow, I knew I’d be successful.”
TAKE THE NEXT STEPS

Franchise Application: after researching us thoroughly and gaining a comfort level...the next step is to complete a franchise application so that we have a financial understanding of our potential partner. We perform a credit, financial and criminal background check.
Receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD): After approval of your franchise application we will forward you our FDD for your review. We will then establish a time to speak to you throughly to review the FDD. We will ask you to sign, date and return the FDD receipt which is located in the back of the FDD.
Establish a Date to Attend our Discover Day: We setup a day-long event for you to visit with our support team at our Franchise Support Headquarters in Connecticut. These people will be supporting you in the future with every phase of your club development and ongoing operations, so meeting them and discussing every aspect of the opportunity is key to both parties gaining an understanding of the potential for a mutual partnership. You will also visit some Kennedy's store locations for you to evaluate as well.
Perform Necessary Due Diligence: Speak with your attorney, accountant, or other franchisees. You will be receiving notice of final approval so that we may move forward collectively.
Execute Agreements: If you've come this far...it would be our pleasure to host your success.
Seek Potential Store Locations: Perform survey and demographic analysis if necessary.
